Arrival and departure

Arrivals

  1. After landing

After leaving the aircraft, follow Arrivals / Baggage Claim signs. Check the flight information signs for your baggage hall and exit.

  2. Border checks and baggage

If your flight requires passport control, complete it first. Find your flight on the baggage carousel display, then collect your checked bag. Without checked baggage, proceed toward the public exit.

  3. Exit and ground transport

After collecting your bags, enter the public arrivals area. Follow the signs for the transport service you have selected:

For a pre-booked transfer, check the exact terminal, exit and meeting place confirmed by your operator. The taxi rank is not necessarily your private driver’s meeting point.

Full service and stop details are in the “Getting here” section above.

Departures

  1. Terminal and entrance

Before travelling, confirm your flight terminal in your airline booking. At the airport follow Departures signs, not Arrivals.

  2. Check-in and baggage

Find your flight and Check-in / Bag Drop desk on the departures screens. If you checked in online and have no hold luggage, follow your airline’s instructions.

  3. Security screening

Follow Security signs after check-in. Passport checks may also apply for flights requiring them; the location depends on the boarding area.

  4. Finding your gate

Check your gate number on the airport departure screens: it can change. Follow the signs to the assigned gates and note the boarding time.
